8×16ft sizing line
Composing of production line:
The production line is used to cut stacking boards produced from continuous press into certain sizes.
The line consists of forktruck roller, hydraulic lifting roller, in-feeding stacker, longitudinal in-feeding machine, longitudinal saw, longitudinal discharger, transversal in-feeding machine, transversal saw, discharging device, hydraulic lifting roller, cross out-feeding conveyer, pad conveyer, electric control system, de-dusting and air conveying system, vacuum system, safety fence, and working platform, etc.
Comparison with traditional longitudinal and transversal saw:
A. Higher capacity: cut several sheets of boards once, the max. cutting height: 185mm;
B. Complete cutting sizes: input processing sizes directly, do not need to adjust mechanical structure.
C. Higher cutting precision: error of diagonal line is ≤2mm.
